All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph9872 does not accept deposits from credit cards or from third-party accounts not belonging to the registered account holder.

During a suspension, you may be restricted from placing bets, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals.
You may request closure of your ph9872 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding investigation is pending. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

ph9872's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by you into your ph9872 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph9872 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph9872 makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
As ph9872 operates under a PAGCOR license, disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulatory framework.
